6. Wall-E
7. 40 Year-old Virgin

I Love New York - Madonna
American Idiot - Green Day
Call On Me - Eric Prydz

Waterloo Half-Marathon

I signed up last weekend for the Waterloo Half-Marathon. It raises money for the St. John Ambulance. The race will be on Sunday April 25th, 2010. I also started officially training for the half-marathon this week. I am using a training schedule I found on the Toronto Women's Half-Marathon website: Half-Marathon training schedule I'm aiming for a time between 2 hours & 2 hours 15 minutes. I think it is feasible.

Back to Exercising!

I have started up my gym membership again. This summer I did lots of running outside, but the cooler weather and short days have prompted me to go back indoors.

This week I went back to the gym. I am doing a 2 day split work out:

Day #1 & 3
lever pec deck fly
dumbbell squat
dumbbell incline bench press
lever seated hip adduction
dumbbell shoulder press
lever standing calf raise
cable triceps pushdown

ScotiaBank Toronto Waterfront Half-Marathon

I ran my 1st half-marathon on Sunday, September 27th, 2009.

It was amazing. I had such a great time. I'm doing it again next year!

Carol at the finish line.

Twitter & Facebook

Twitter is down & Facebook is having issues. TechCrunch - Serious Twitter Outage Ongoing, Denial Of Service Attack (Updated) It's driving me crazy!!

I am dancing again. I usually do 30 minutes a couple of nights a week. It feels great. I'm definitely out of practice, but it feels good to get moving again.

Michael Jackson Dies

It is with sadness that I tell you that Michael Jackson has passed away. One of my role models as a child. I had the Off The Wall & Thriller albums and I danced to both of them. His music and dancing inspired me. I will miss him.

Walter Gretzky Street Hockey Tournament

I was at the 3rd Annual Walter Gretzky Street Hockey Tournament in Brantford, ON on Saturday June 6th, 2009. Director Kevin Smith was there with his posse.

It was quite fun and I got a lot of pictures of Puck U. You can find my pics over on flickr.

Later that evening we saw Kevin perform a live Smodcast with Scott Mosier at the Sanderson Theatre in downtown Brantford, ON. It was hilarious (as always).
