I follow @levarburton on Twitter and noticed he was coming to Toronto today. He’s going to be doing an interview with George on The Hour tomorrow.
LeVar decided to do an impromptu tweetup @ Hemingway’s in Yorkville. Well, I ran my butt up there and got to meet him, shake his hand and got a picture of the 2 of us. w00t!

Uh Oh… “Apparently Apple completely underestimated the load on their servers for activation and ALL COMPUTERS in the Boston Apple store are stuck” “I was in the first group of 30 to get an iPhone 3g at the biggest AT&T Experience store in Houston, Texas. The staff couldn’t get anyone’s phones to activate”

Twitter just announced yet another sum of funding, this including money from Amazon.com founder Jeff Bezo’s fund Bezos Expeditions. The company says the money will be spent on building up its infrastructure and reliability to become the communications utility it needs to be before it can become profitable.

Hotmail Full Version With Linux (Blocked By Microsoft)

Microsoft will block anyone who is using Linux from being able to use the full version of Windows Live Hotmail. Somebody should tell Microsoft that this is illegal, and they could be in for another 1.4 Billion dollar lawsuit if they continue blocking Linux users from getting the same features that everyone else gets.
