I'm starting a new workout this week. Going back to 2 day split. Today I am going to the YMCA and working on Torso (Chest Press Machine, Lat Pull Down, Roman Chair (lower back), and Barbell Front Raise).
I will be going on the crosstrainer 3 times a week (35 minutes each time) and I will be running 3 times a week (30 minutes each time).
I also hope to get in some pilates at least twice a week. Tomorrow I will be working out at home and doing legs and arms (Split Squats, Alternating Hammer Curl, Overhead Tricep Press, and Walking Heel Raise).
